RO e‑Transport — the national system developed by ANAF and the Ministry of Finance — requires companies to electronically report the transport of goods. Whether it's high fiscal risk goods, intra-Community trade or cross-border shipments, UIT code generation is mandatory, transport data must be submitted in a structured format, and complete traceability of in-transit goods is essential.
